WESTERN STANDARD TIME SKA ORCHESTRA (& Greg Lee)
First time on Bilbao for the Western Standard Time Ska Orchestra Big Band. This super band from Los Angeles mixes jazz, Jamaican music, latin rhythms, rock steady and ska. Their new release, “A Big Band Tribute To The Skatalites Volume II”, is a tribute to the great Jamaican band Skatalites. This will be the line up:

THE UPPERTONES
The Uppertones is a trio formed by Mr.T-Bone (Mr. T-Bone & the Young Lions, The Rocksteady 7…), Peter Truffa (New York Ska-Jazz Ensemble, Giuliano Palma & the Bluebeaters) and Count Ferdi-k (Casino Royale Official, The Bluebeaters). Just piano, drums and trombone, they mix Jamaican rhythm & blues, calypso and mento.
