FERMIN MUGURUZA & NEW ORLEANS BASQUE ORKESTRA
Last year and because of Kortatu’s (Fermin’s first band) 30th anniversary, Fermin went to New Orleans and recorded a documentary (“NOLA?”) and an album (“Irun Meets New Orleans”). This album contains two Kortatu’s covers, two Negu Gorriak’s covers, two of Fermin’s solo work and two New Orleans’ classics, all recorded with local musicians, there in New Orleans. On this concert Fermin will come with a 12 piece band and will play this last album and another Fermin’s classics.
